Big Law Change in Ohio - Post Nups will be legal

I work in areas that don't often have big law changes. Probate, Divorce, and Estate Planning laws are some of the oldest and most well-established laws in Ohio. That said, Ohio has a major law change taking effect this month. Starting the end of this month, postnuptial agreements are now legal in Ohio. Before this change, Ohio was only one of 2 states that did not allow them. I think this is definitely a change for the better!
