It's May and running season is officially upon us... Last year I completed my goal of running a marathon, but I just can't devote the time it takes to training for another one this year. So, I'm going back to one of my original goals from when I started running in 2020. I'm going to try to run a 5k in less than 20 minutes. Hopefully in that efforts I will get a lot better with my stretching and nutrition becuase I'll have to put a lot into getting to that goal.
