What is a Living Will?

Check out the first episode of "Tuesdays with Boring" where I break down some of the most essential items in Estate Planning, Family Law, and Probate - and try to show how important they really are.


A Living Will is different from a Last Will & Testament, although the two are frequently confused. A Living Will answers a simple question, What do you want to happen if you are permanently unconscious and no longer receiving relief from artificially supplied nutrition and hydration?
