Halloween Candy, Part 1

It is officially Fall, and that means it's almost Halloween. With the well-known "Dad tax," I am able to confiscate great amounts of candy from my kids' baskets. It is better to give than receive, however, so how do we decide what bags to give out? I will break it all down across the next month.
